Does the Veil Thin in Certain Months?

Is the veil thinner between the realms of the living and dead in certain months? I have been on a journey to find out and compare over the last 8 plus years as a paranormal investigator if there is something to this theory. The journey for me started in 2014, to find out if there is anything to this theory. In the month of October 2014, we visited and investigated Edinburgh Manor in Scotch Grove, Iowa. It is a reputable haunted location, and just from the EVP we caught and at one point hearing a male voice with my own ears, was evidence enough that this place very much lived up to reports of paranormal events happening within its walls. Was it a great investigation because it was in October, and the veil is said to be thinner within that month? Could the reasons be that on that night there was a thick blanket of fog covering the area that night? A theory on water/ running water? Running water naturally produces energy. Could the moving of thick condensed rolling and moving fog over the area be a factor for a great investigation at Edinburgh Manor? On this night also the moon was in a partial eclipse phase. The moon cycles are also said to impact paranormal activity due to the geomagnetic field changes that occur. In this case, there actually could have been 3 separate reasons for the spike in activity. I do know one thing the EVP we did get were stronger than others we have caught in other reputable supposed haunted locations. The place we visited in October of 2015 was the Farrar School House in Maxwell, Iowa. I did have something to compare to this visit we did in October of 2015. In April of 2014 we conducted an investigation of the Farrar School. We had some interesting EVP on our first visit in 2014. When we conducted our October of 2015 investigation... the EVP surpassed that of April of 2014. The EVP surpassing meaning, very much stronger. This brings up other questions for me on the theory of frequency ranges and the veil. Either way, as far as my experiences are considered, I am not convinced on the frequency rates/numbers for EVP as being legit to consider it a base to exclude or include catches pertaining to EVP.
